A fact sheet is published when its piece is. A company can be graded before it has been written up, and its sheet waits until the writing exists — so a company you expect to see may simply not be here yet.
These are assessments of business quality. None of them carries a price target, a valuation or a view on what to pay, which is a deliberate limit rather than an omission.
