The Conviction Play (theconvictionplay.com) publishes general commentary and analysis about individual public companies, for information only. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or invitation to buy or sell any security. It is not a prediction. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

No advice, no relationship

Reading this site does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship of any kind. The author writes about companies he may personally hold, and discloses positions where relevant, but that disclosure is not a recommendation to hold the same position. This site links to Substack (where articles are published and subscriptions are managed) and, from time to time, to companies' own websites. The Conviction Play does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site it links to or sources data from.
