This site (theconvictionplay.com) does not have accounts, forms, or a login, and does not itself set cookies. It does not collect your name, email address, or any other personal data directly. If you subscribe to the newsletter, that happens on Substack, under Substack's own privacy policy — not this one.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify's infrastructure processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of serving the page to you — this is inherent to how the web works, not something The Conviction Play separately collects, stores, or has access to as identifiable data about you.

Analytics

As of the date above, this site runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. If that changes, it will be with a privacy-respecting, cookieless service (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which reports aggregate traffic patterns and does not build an identifiable profile of individual visitors. This policy will be updated first if that's turned on.

Newsletter subscriptions

Articles are published on Substack, and subscribing to receive them by email is handled entirely on Substack's platform (convictionplay.substack.com). Your email address and any subscription preferences are collected and controlled by Substack, Inc., not by The Conviction Play. Substack's own privacy policy governs that data: substack.com/privacy.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own. If you follow a link to Substack or elsewhere, that site's own cookie practices apply, not this one's.

Third-party data displayed on this site

Company profile pages show market data sourced from Yahoo Finance, and the coverage map uses public-domain geography from Natural Earth. Neither involves your personal data — this is about companies and geography, not visitors.

Children

This site is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Your rights

Because this site does not collect personal data about you directly, there is generally nothing held here for you to request access to, correct, or delete. If your query relates to a newsletter subscription (an email address held by Substack), that request should go to Substack directly, as the data controller for that information.
