Defence, Deterrence and Security Capacity Expansion. Governments rebuilding what they spent thirty years running down. Conventional forces, cyber defence and homeland security, funded from budgets that have moved structurally rather than spiked.

Orbital Access and Space Infrastructure. Launch has become cheap enough that orbit stops being a scarce destination for governments and starts being infrastructure. Communications, imaging and positioning that commercial and defence customers alike end up unable to work without.
